• Clients must be over 18. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring proof of ID with you as this may be required on arrival at Pierre Lemond Photography
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your photo shoot session will last approximately 5-6 hours.
• A refundable £30 booking deposit per person is required to make an appointment. Appointments cannot be made or time slots held without this refundable deposit
• Booking deposits can be used towards the purchase of images on the day of the photo shoot. In the event that the client does not wish to purchase any images this deposit will be refunded onto the same card used to secure the appointment
• If your deposit is for yourself and a guest and your guest does not attend their appointment that deposit will be used as a credit towards photographs on the day
• To qualify for a deposit refund you must complete your session, bring at least five changes of clothing and must not arrive late. If a client arrives late for an appointment we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded
• Once your appointment has been booked it cannot be cancelled, it may be rescheduled
• Appointments may be rescheduled once only otherwise you may be subjected to an extra rebooking fee. In order to reschedule your appointment a minimum of two Weeks is required prior to the date of the original appointment
• If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee to provide all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded
• Clients are requested to come to their appointment with clean hair, free of any styling products and wearing little or no makeup
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the terms and conditions listed above are not met. Management has the right to alter or remove a service or services at any given time and at its sole discretion
• Due to the special nature of our service all orders for photographs will need to be placed at the time of viewing. Photographs not included
• Orders cannot be altered or cancelled after an order has been made
• Failure to meet any of our terms will result in a refund forfeit
